Vi Ta Lee x We-Tweak: A Vision That Still Hits Hard in 2025
From the very beginning, Vi Ta Lee has been more than just a contributor to We-Tweak — he’s been a believer. A creator who shares our mission: to give music producers tools, control, and freedom — not algorithms that replace them.
Back in 2022, he launched the first wave of XTRMRAW packs with us — bold, brutal, and packed with raw sonic energy. Now in 2025, we’re still going strong — because creators like Vi Ta Lee understand that the future of hard dance lies in collaboration, not automation.
XTRMRAW: The Collection That Keeps Delivering
Vi Ta Lee’s unique touch has now expanded across multiple XTRMRAW sound packs, including:
🔥 XTRMRAW – HARD DANCE (Vol. 1)
🔥 XTRMRAW – MILLENIUM Hard Dance
Each pack reflects Vi Ta Lee’s precision, texture, and years of hard dance mastery — from distorted kick layers to cinematic FX and unique synths ready for rawstyle, hardcore, industrial, gabber, Frenchcore and more.
And it’s not over. New themed packs are coming — focusing on Dominance, Brutal Kicks, and Peak-Energy Production for your next-level drop.
Meet Vi Ta Lee – From Canvas to Club Floor
Before sculpting distorted kicks and high-voltage drops, Vi Ta Lee (Vitali I.) was already a creator. His early years were steeped in painting and graphic art, with his first exhibition at just 13 years old — selling out pieces to collectors.
But that same year, he made a decision that would change everything: he reinvested the money into a Roland MC-307 Groovebox.
🎛️ No computer. No studio. Just drive.
Recording sessions on mini-discs. Sampling gear from Yamaha. Layering sounds live.
This DIY fire fueled what would eventually become a full-blown industrial hardstyle movement with his label: Dark Like Hell.
He later collaborated with synth legend Rob Papen to develop the Predator and BLUE II VSTs — contributing both musical experience and raw energy to those projects.
XTRMRAW – Not Just a Sound, A Signature
The XTRMRAW series isn’t just about hard sounds — it’s about intentional sound shaping for extreme genres. It’s a brand Vi Ta Lee developed for producers who want:
-
Relentless sonic energy
-
Extreme detail in sample layering
-
Tools that speak to Frenchcore, industrial, gabber, uptempo, and hybrid forms
Each pack under the XTRMRAW name is curated like a weapon rack — not mass-produced. From the way kicks distort at different octaves, to how reverbs collapse under saturation — every detail is tuned to hit with clarity and impact.
Vi Ta Lee’s Impact on the Hammer Plugin
When we built the Hammer Plugin, we knew it had to be more than just another distortion box. That’s why Vi Ta Lee was brought in as an artist advisor and sound designer during the beta phase.
🔊 He contributed:
-
Deep insights into sound shaping for hard genres
-
Real-world stress tests of the plugin engine
-
Factory presets built directly from his workflow

More Than a Pack – A Creative Statement
Vi Ta Lee’s long-term support shows that this isn’t just about packs — it’s about philosophy. We both believe that technology should elevate creators — not replace them.
And that producers deserve tools that work with their instincts, not against them.
His XTRMRAW collections are built on that belief. That’s why they feel powerful, flexible, and free from creative compromise.
